Check in
We have your details from your RSVP. One thing left before you run.
First time out
Takes a minute now. After this it's one tap.
You keep showing up.
$20 covers your whole household for the year, and your next four CTC races are free.

what good looks like
Each bar is one run. Red is people who'd come before, white is first-timers. Growing means the bars get longer. Healthy means there's white in every one — all red is a club that stopped recruiting, all white is a club nobody comes back to.
Who turned up most recently. This is your follow-up list — anyone marked no waiver needs chasing before they run again.
Group runs
Every club run with a check-in. Members score automatically the moment they scan; saying "I'm in" on the website earns nothing.
Races
The race calendar and whether each one scores. Blank means it doesn't count toward the Challenge.
CTC Challenge
Standings summed from the Points ledger. Lapsed members keep their history but stop earning.
Events that already happened with no points against them. Open the sheet, paste results into the Import tab, set the event and date, then run CTC Tools › Import points.
Your regulars. Read these names out at the Annual Celebration.
Three spreadsheets — everyone's details, every check-in, and every RSVP. This is what you bring to a board meeting or pull an email list from.
Score an event
Pick something that hasn't been scored, paste the finishers, done. Members are matched by name; a household email is never enough on its own.
Names, or names and emails. Commas or tabs both work, so a column pasted straight out of race results is fine.
