Rules & Safety

To keep 300 kids safe and ensure our digital timing runs smoothly, we ask all families to follow these simple rules:

  • The Check-In & Bibs: When you arrive, go straight to the Pavillion. Bib numbers are required for athletes running the 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1 Mile. (If your child is ONLY running the 50m/100m, bibs are not required, but check-in is still required!)

  • Warm-ups: All participants are highly encouraged to join the group warm-up session.

  • The Bullpen: When an event is called over the speakers, athletes will report to the center of the football field (The Bullpen). Our volunteers will help organize them by age and walk them to the starting line.

  • Hydration: Water and cups provided (limited supply); please bring your own water bottle!

  • Pets: No pets allowed on the track or in the stands.

  • The Spectator Boundary: For the safety of the kids and the accuracy of our timing crew, parents are not allowed on the infield or at the finish line tent.(Exception: Parents of 50m and 100m dashers may use the designated spectator area near the finish line and assist younger children if needed). More information on this to come.

  • Awards: 50m and 100m ribbons are given immediately at the finish line. All other ribbons (1st-6th place and participation) are handed out at the Awards Table a couple minutes after the final heat of an event finishes.

Results are updated live during the meet! Scan the QR codes around the track and on your kids' bib or click your athlete's age group below to see their times. There will be no paper results posted at the pavilion this year. Field events will be posted at the conclusion of the meet or at the end of the next business day. Awards for the field events will be available the next week. For week 4, we currently plan on mailing the ribbons out.
