Every Finish Line is a Point. The CTC Challenge rewards members for participating in club-sanctioned events. Whether you are leading the pack or enjoying a social sweep, your presence earns you a spot on the board.

How To Join

  • Step 1: Be a Member. Points are a "Members Only" perk. Ensure your CTC membership is active on RunSignup.

  • Step 2: Show Up. Participate in TNT (Thursday Night Trail) runs, Group Runs, and our Signature Races.

  • Step 3: Climb the Ranks. Points are automatically calculated and updated weekly. Watch yourself move up the standings in your division!

Eligibility & "The Fine Print"

Important Eligibility Rules

  • The Active Rule: If your CTC membership expires or is canceled, you immediately become ineligible for points. Points earned while a member is "lapsed" will not be retroactively added.

  • Name Matching: To ensure our system finds you, please register for races using the exact name on your CTC Membership profile. (e.g., If your membership is under "Benjamin," don't register as "Benny").

  • Participation: You must be a member in good standing at the time of the race to earn points for that event.

Awards & Recognition

CTC Challenge Prize Pool: $1,000

At the end of the 2026 season, the Columbia Track Club will recognize top performers across all divisions.

  • Division Winners: Custom CTC trophies for the Top 3 in the 18+ and U18 categories.

  • Prize Breakdown (Male & Female in Each Division):

    • 1st Place: $150

    • 2nd Place: $70

    • 3rd Place: $30

  • Bonus Opportunity: Overall Raffle Prize

    • We’ll also award an overall prize (to be announced).

      • Earn 1 raffle ticket for every 10 points

      • The more you race, the better your chances

Support & Correction Form

Missing Points? Our automated system matches race results to our member roster. If you’ve completed a race but don’t see your points updated within 7 days, it is likely a name-match issue.

Submit a Point Correction Request by emailing us at columbiatrackclub@gmail.com. Give us your name, member email, the name of the race you participated in, and membership ID.
