Runner’s Choice Trail Race is a free trail race held at Rock Bridge State Park in Columbia, Missouri. Runners can choose between a 10K (one loop) or 20K (two loops) on a 100% single-track trail course along the scenic and technical Devil’s Ice Box trails.

The race lives up to its name—the choice is yours. When you reach the finish after the first loop, you can decide to stop and complete the 10K or keep going for the full 20K. Just be sure to tell the timer your decision so your result is recorded correctly.

Race headquarters is located at the upper lot of Rock Bridge State Park near Billy Gilbert Shelter

There are no awards, but post-race refreshments will be provided. Results will be posted on RunSignUp after the race.

Important notes:

• No bathrooms, running water, or aid stations are available on the course

• Water will be available at the start/finish area (especially for 20K runners)

• Vault toilets (no running water) are located approximately one mile from the start near Devil’s Ice Box
