STEP UP: LEAD A CTC TEAM
We are looking for six leaders to take ownership of key areas of the Columbia Track Club.
We just need the leaders.
Right now, we are exclusively looking for Team Leads. You do not need to do all the work or have past board experience—we just need leaders to help organize the vision and guide a small team of volunteers.
What to Expect as a Lead:
2–5 Hours/Month: Highly manageable alongside a full-time job.
One Monthly Check-in: A brief 30-minute alignment meeting.
GroupMe: Handle day-to-day team communication on your own time.

Training Team
Help runners reach their goals.

Build a welcoming club.

Scholarship Team
Invest in the next generation.
