Heart of MO Girls on the Run 5k Registration-Spring-26
The Spring 2026 Heart of Missouri Girls on the Run Celebration 5k is scheduled for Saturday, May 9th, at Stephens Lake Park, 2001 E Broadway, Columbia, MO 65201.
Unlike any other running event, the Heart of Missouri Girls on the Run 5k is a celebration of and for the girls who are completing a Girls on the Run season. Participants will experience the unbridled enthusiasm of girls in grades 3-5 and 6-8 who have spent 10 weeks working on self-discovery, community service, and appreciation for others. During this time, they have also been training to run this 5k. Positive energy abounds as the girls dance to warm-up music and get their hair “happied” and "tattoos" on their faces. They then gather with their teammates and hold hands as they head to the starting line. Our 5K is a non-competitive event that will put a smile on your face! Your participation will bring you a sense of joy and appreciation for the hard work the girls have put into becoming the best versions of themselves. It also benefits our scholarship program, and through participation, you're providing opportunities for all girls to be their best through participation in Girls on the Run! bag and
Community runners may arrive anytime after 9 am. As a community runner, you will receive a t-shirt and race bag, and access to pre-race activities. If you do not wish to participate in the pre-race activities, please plan to arrive for check-in to the race by 9:45 am. Please contact us at info@heartofmissourigotr.org with questions or concerns. in2Action Trail Run – Half Marathon & 3-Mile Trail Fun Run
Run or walk the in2Action Trail Run on June 14, 2025, at Rock Bridge State Park, Columbia, MO. Choose a half marathon or 3-mile course and support local recovery services. Register by June 13!
24 Hour Lions Roar Run
Join the 24 Hour Lions Roar Run on April 25-26, 2025, at Gans Creek Recreation Area in Columbia, MO. Featuring 6/12/24-hour solo runs, a Tag Team Championship, and a 1-hour Cub Run, this event supports Pascale’s Pals and the Children's Hospital. Run on the 2025 NCAA Cross Country Championship course and earn awards, custom gear, and more. Register now to make a difference!
Stonegrinder 7K Trail Run
Take on the challenge of the Stonegrinder 7K Trail Run at Grindstone Nature Area on Feb. 15, 2025! Enjoy diverse terrain, including rocky trails and a shallow water crossing. The race features chip timing, age group awards, and volunteer support. Registration is required – sign up today!

ROC 7K Trail Run
Join us for the ROC 7K Trail Run at Cosmo Park's Rhett’s Run on Jan. 25, 2025! Experience a scenic, chip-timed 7K course with hills, rocks, and beautiful views. Awards for top finishers in each age group, plus a long-sleeved shirt for all participants. Registration required, no race day registration. Volunteer opportunities available.
Fleet Feet Turkey Trax 5K
Ultramax Sports is super excited for the 2024 CoMo Thanksgiving Fleet Feet Turkey Trax Tradition! Join us on November 28th for Fleet Feet Turkey Trax 5K. You can participate In-Person or Virtually . Get your family together and run/walk a 5K on Thanksgiving morning. The event will start and finish on 4th & Cherry by Flat Branch Park. Packet Pick Up will be available on Wednesday November 27th from 2:30p-6:30p or race morning from 7:00a- 8:15a. If you would rather have your packet mailed to you it will only cost $7, you will just need to register prior to November 8th. Every participant will receive a soft cotton Fleet Feet Columbia Turkey Trax Shirt. We hope you can join in on Thanksgiving with the Fleet Feet Turkey Trax Holiday Tradition!
